    What is an ITC?

An Integrated Tourism Complex is a designated mixed-use development in Oman where foreign nationals can purchase property on a freehold basis, holding the title in their own name with the same security of tenure as Omani citizens within those zones.

    Where the major ITCs are

    • Al Mouj Muscat, the country's flagship ITC
    • Muscat Bay and Saraya Bandar Jissah
    • Jebel Sifah and Hawana Salalah
    • Selected developments in Sohar and Khasab

    Freehold vs usufruct

Inside an ITC you own freehold. Outside an ITC, foreign individuals are generally restricted to long-term usufruct or commercial structures. Danat Al Ghad's advisors will steer you to the right structure for your goals.
